Internet rumors and suggestions seem to think Kelly Clarkson or Stevie Nicks would be good options, but Patrick Jones thinks it's a chance to add some edge back to the panel that left with Simon Cowell.

A Kentucky businessman spent $200,000 buying up every last item at a nearby Kmart. It took four clerks, and about six and a half hours to ring up all the merchandise. He donated all of the goods to a local charity, Clark County Community Services. The charity says this will be the first year they’ve had enough hats, coats and gloves for all the children they serve.

Teresa Giuidice stopped by "Fox & Friends" to discuss her new cookbook, 'Fabulicious! Fast & Fit.' But anchors Steve Doocy and Brian Kilmeade wanted to know more about the "Real Housewives of New Jersey." They talked about her husband Joe and his altercations with the rest of the cast. Giudice said, "He's sticking up for me, the poor guy."

Susan Lucci stopped by "Good Morning America" to talk about her upcoming role as Audrey Whitaker on Lifetime’s "Army Wives." But she couldn’t help but reminisce about her soap opera days. She said, "I will always miss Erica Kane. I loved playing Erica. I just adored her. I adored all my All My Children family, so I miss all of it." Sam Champion had a fan moment himself. He blurted, "She is STUNNING like always stunning." and later admitted to stalking her.

Two brothers from New Jersey are battling for a spot on the U.S. Olympic gymnastics team. The acrobatic trampoline jumpers appeared on "Today" to talk about their bond and the 2012 Olympics in London. Jeffery Gluckstein says he makes his brother Steven breakfast so he doesn't miss training and is at his best. He says that way when he gets the spot, it will be that much sweeter.

"Good Morning America" showcased an adorable video on their 'Play of the Day' segment of a little girl cheering on the Celtics with her dad. Basically, she repeats everything he say, and it's absolutely adorable. There is another viral video of a Dutch soccer player being consoled on the field by his young daughter.

A video gone viral shows a contestant on Wheel of Fortune missing an opportunity to get an easy answer. However he's not alone in poor anwers on gameshows. Who Wants to be a Millionaire and Family Feud are both treasure troves. Patrick Jones has the rest.

A thief in Tulsa tried to steal a bike and got served with a big slice of karma. A surveillance camera caught the man on video as he hit the curb and face-planted. The man picked up the bike, took a few seconds to inspect it and then took off. Media groups are saying this was karma caught on camera.

Sharon Osbourne bared a secret about former "America’s Got Talent" judge Piers Morgan on "Today". Apparently, she set her bare breast on Morgan’s shoulder while he was sleeping on a plane. "AGT" host, Nick Cannon took a picture of the incident and the flash from the camera woke him. Osbourne says Cannon still has the pictures and she’d love for them to get out. She gave new "AGT" judge, Howard Stern her approval by saying he has a knack for finding outrageous talent others might not see.

The Dreamworks Academy Award nominated film "How to Train Your Dragon" is coming to life! It’s so real that a viking and his fellow dragon were live outside the "Fox & Friends" set to talk about the upcoming 'How to Train Your Dragon Live Spectacular' tour. The show will contain 23 very realistic live dragons that can fly, breathe fire, and walk. Some of the dragons have wingspans up to 46-feet! Glee's Jane Lynch sat in as host for a segment of Rachel Maddow's show on MSNBC and did a pretty credible job reporting on how Republican strategists are trying to convince their clients to change positions on gay marriage since polling shows Americans are inexorably moving that way. But it would have been better had she done it as Sue Sylvester.

"Good Morning America" anchor Josh Elliott, who is a notorious prankster, received a taste of his own medicine from fellow anchor Lara Spencer. Elliott thought he was doing an interview with Nick Jonas about the trials and tribulations of growing up in the music industry. Instead, the "GMA" host was in for a wild surprise. During the interview, Jonas became very upset when Elliott asked a question about accusations in the past of him plagiarizing a song. It's safe to say, they got him good

A mild bachelor party prank, compared to some, made it on "Today". In the video, the future groom was duped into thinking he was going bungee jumping. The man was blindfolded and expecting to fall some 50-feet, but he actually only fell roughly two-feet into a pond. All of his friends were there to watch, and laugh.

Fans also got a glimpse into the emotional hometown visits. After their performances, Patrick Jones says there's definitely a case for an all-male finale.
