Buckwheat is a grain that contains all eight essential amino acids, the building blocks of protein. Tahini is rich in thiamine, vitamin E, calcium and cancer-fighting lignans. Kelly mixes them with carob, Omega 3 eggs, natural sugar substitutes, and finally Kelly's secret ingredient: black beans. She sweetens them with agave, stevia and coconut date rolls, and after baking, adds half a cup of brazil nuts for extra crunch.

This special recipe, courtesy of Kelly's cousin Denise, tastes like chocolate pudding, but is baby safe and packed with protein. It's made with low-glycemic baby-safe agave, cinnamon, stevia, liquid stevia flavored with vanilla (instead of regular vanilla extract, which has alcohol), almond milk and one teaspoon of arrow root to act as a thickener. Finally, Kelly lets you in on a secret ingredient that gives the mixture the texture of chocolate mousse.
