Blocking in Motion are performed from the horse stance the feet are usually almost twice shoulder width apart and the knees are positioned 90-degrees (like square box) while the hands are held at the first ribcage. Block by extending the right hand (fingers open) motion out with bent wrist toward the right shoulder. Stop the right hand motion above shoulder level with a bent elbow tucked inline with the arm while your head is looking over your right shoulder.
