hey man i am watchin the heater core replacement . just wonderin, i have a 1994 Nissan pick up truck, all of a sudden turned on my heater a smell (freeon i assume) and then the truck heater went out blew ice cold air. ok this is the kicker . all of a sudden the engine started to flutter. got home and where the hose goes to the core according to your video in my truck is on passenger side close to the top of dash board side under hood. it was smoking. got home 1/2 mile away and let it cool down. started checkin all the fluids while i knew the heater was messed up, couldnt figure out why engine was trying to cut out. got to oil and it had milky substance not oil. so had the mechanic that works on our Nissan (yes he has Nissans also so wonderin bout that tooo) anyway he said my block was busted had to be cause he replaced the head only a month prior said he got the head pressured checked . they changed the gaskets in which my dad was standing there and said to me they looked fine to him

I have a problem with my 01 Sebring with getting no heat. I have taken it in a few times and they tell me that the heater core is plugged they flushed this out and I have heat for a few days then the cold air returns. I flushed it out myself yesterday as you demonstrated and had heat and now it is blowing cold air again. What suggestions do you have? My thought that maybe whatever the heater core goes to is blowing garbage into the core. is that possible and if so how do I clean that?

Thanks for your great videos. I have a 2000 Passat and attempting to change the baster brake cylinder. All bolts / wires removed but the engine firewall will not let me remove the master brake cylinder casing. Any ideas? Fang

I watched the video on bleeding a cooling system. I have a 2004 sebring and the bleeder valve is higher then the coolant fill tank and there is no access to the radiator. My question is will it bleed the same without the luxury of gravity to force the air out? Thanks

Hey Eric in my 91 Lincoln town car when the heater, defroster is on the window fogs up and it smells like coolant. Could this just be a clogged heating core?
