Hi David, Don't know if you answer questions here. I'm making some serious steps towards more healthy meal preparation for myself and I just watched your vid on roasting root vegetables. I've heard all sorts of stuff about temperature and nutrient loss and I was wondering what your thoughts are about it? I steam a lot of my vegetables and then put them in soups or in salads. Is it true that if you roast vegetables above a certain temp. they will lose a percentage of thier nutrients? Thanks for the video and what you do :) Jamie. Orillia, Canada.
