The sliding lunge exercise is a great, creative way to work your legs. It’s limited in that they have to be performed on a level, smooth surface, but you might not have to look far as most people may even have one of these in their kitchen. Not only are these standing lunges good additions to a workout, but they are also a great way to get a dynamic stretch either before or after your normal workout.
