Hi today I want to talk about cardio because cardio is very important part of my everyday work out routine. So until now I was just jogging or skipping the rope but it get a little bit boring for me so I was trying to come up with a new idea for my warm up and this is it. This is just a regular elastic band and I used to play this game when I was kid because I grew up in Czech Republic, it was a communist country and this is what we had to play with elastic bands.
We did not have an Atari or Nintendo like you guys in the states so we were just jumping over the elastic bands. So when we were playing this with the girls with kids there would be one girl standing holding the band on the other side as well but now because some – by myself I attached it to the chairs and there is one safety tip for you. Just make sure that you put something heavy on the chair so it would not fall over.
You can also adjust the height, you are just moving it up and down, it is very easy. Of course if you put it high it is more challenging for you. So this work out is really good for your legs, it is toning your legs, your gluts. It is good for your core and of course it is a great cardio, it is raising your heart rate like crazy. So I have three ways how I am jumping and this is one of them.

So it is a hundred percent safe because it is – you cannot hurt yourself. It is not a brick wall that you are jumping over it is just the elastic band. So do not worry, try even higher if you can, you will see if you can do it or not. It is a challenge for you and it can also be fun.
