Here are 10 ways to keep your skin hydrated in the winter time.
If you haven’t noticed its cold outside, which leads to dehydration of the skin can cause stress for the cracking, irritation, inflammation and can cause premature aging. So here are 10 ways to keep your skin healthy and hydrated in the winter time. Number one drink lots of water. Cary around a metal bottle that does not contain BPA also— with great one when it’s really cold outside, never let your skin get thirsty.
Number two use a humidifier. Humidifiers brings back moisture and clear preventing skin from cracking, also while looking for humidifier find one hat is cool mist and use distilled water because cool mist and distilled water will prevent bacteria from forming.

Number four using oil based moisturizer what I would like to use is an oil at night a great recommendation is organic oil because it’s good for all skin types including acne problems. Oils help to prevent moisture loss of the skin.
Number five wear a sunscreen. Protect your skin against UVA and UVB exposure UVA rays are constant from summer to winter and UVB is actually 80% more in tenth because of its layer of the smell. Make sure you apply a natural organic sun screen to protect your screen from these elements.
