I am going to show you a very narrow strategy on how to get into more colleges and how to qualify for more financial aid that you never heard about! The strategy is two-fold, number one, you want to hire a private tutor and number two, you want to take the SATs as often as you want and now in hiring a private tutor, this is what I suggest you do. You allocate yourself mainly let us say a thousand dollars to pay your private tutor in order to help the students get their SAT scores up. Now, you might think that is a lot of money, but let me tell you something, a lot of my clients have done exactly what I told them to do and as a result, a private tutor has increased their children’s score anywhere from 100 to 250 points! So, if you have students in the top 20% of their class and you have got those kinds of increases in SAT scores, the chances are very good that they are going to be applying to colleges where your SAT scores exceeds with what the colleges are looking for and so as a result, they will offer your child a bribe to go to their school in the form of what they call a Dean scholarship or $6000.00 a year for four years. So if I were your stockbroker and I asked you for a thousand bucks and I told you that in four years, I was going to give you $24,000.00 in return, I would guarantee that you would give it to me! So, the other item of course is that you take the SATs as often as you want! Because the more times you take them, the chances are very good. If you have had that private tutor, you will continue to increase your scores, so it does not happen all the time, but a lot of most of the time, it does! So, hire a private tutor, get yourself into more colleges as a result, as well as qualify for more financial aid. Good luck to you, I am Paul Hempel.
