Welcome to kahunasfoodandwine.com, the Galaxy’s most popular food and wine program. We’re drinking a Mayo unwooded Courtney’s Cuvee Pinot Gris 2007 from Balleto vineyards on the coast and this is pretty good. Brilliantly nice actually. It's got a little bit of citrus, a little bit of lemongrass and it's got some nice acidity on it. Again, it's within—no stop! Auxerrois blanc which definitely falls under that rhum, but really light and crisp. I need to drink a couple of bottles of this on a hot day like today. Easy, definitely. You get that nice and cold. I enjoyed that.
