It is by for the hottest vintage in Napa Valley since 1994 and it’s been a long, not a long but it’s been 13 years since the vintage of this nature has captured the wine imagination. So we’re going to break down and below in the cup today from two big time producers and we’ll really see what’s going on there. I wanted — before Dad decided to jump in, I was in some look into my back old school into my old format. Just me and then worked out today but just me and like nine minutes, twelve minutes you know that kind of stuff. And so, let me just read some stuff. So, this one was pretty big and the newest. Dark cherries are great to someone and definitely an oak tree mint thing going on. A little bit of Asian spice coming through a swab. But really big bold red fruits, let’s give a whirl. Really good firm tenons. Good strawberry fruit as well, a little hot from the back end. Take a little of the alcohol on you. What do you think? Sasha Vaynerchuk: Yeah, it’s okay. Gary Vaynerchuk: It’s good, right. You like it? Sasha Vaynerchuk: I like it. It’s Raspberry. Gary Vaynerchuk What about the 05:13. Is it bothering your mouth? Is the wine pacing you off in the mouth? Sasha Vaynerchuk: Yeah, it’s not. It’s not bad. Gary Vaynerchuk: For me, I definitely think it’s too alcoholic. The tenons are ferment good which is actually a good thing. I think it’s got good potential for aging. It’s not a 05:39. It’s bitting their low. It’s a good structure organic sign in this vintage. This is either a serious age worthy vintage but has such in stable bubble time. Reap profound fruits. You know strawberries and cherries think about nature? I think I come to like that. Sasha Vaynerchuk: Yeah, it’s almost. Gary Vaynerchuk: Not bad a hint parker for my pallet hasn’t right on the low side. I will just squeeze 89 points. I like it. Not like the TLIN 06:30. Gary Vaynerchuk: 07 Caymus Napa Cab 60 bones from the Ragno family, one of the classic producers in Napa and Slippy sniff. Now Caymus is one of the iconic five to ten Napa Valley producers. They make wine a higher leveled missed coats especially select as many if you know that but a great deal on Caymus special wine 90 07:45 but it should really the wine that brought me as a wine as sure. I lost the brand. You know a very special winery a lot of used for me from California for those reasons and again one of the sold after producers and people just love this brand for a lot of different reasons. And so I’m excited about this is 2007. Great year Dad. Sasha Vaynerchuk: I know that. Gary Vaynerchuk: So I got a really amazing like blow pop, cherry, grape flavor. It’s very candy like but not fake candy not like the people would expect it fruity. It’s just very aromatically delicious. Not to over roped at the PlumpJack, definitely had a consumable amount of oak on the newest interperson to the Caymus. It has a really nice like synemin and crewed thing going on, almost as a desert like that cool. You hate it but youlike it? Sasha Vaynerchuk: Not that but I liked it. Gary Vaynerchuk: You’ve liked Caymus the years. I remember you’re pushing off about an ID for by yourself. You found it? Sasha Vaynerchuk: Yup. Gary Vaynerchuk: You like it? Sasha Vaynerchuk: I do. I think it has really interesting eucalyptus mentis kind of like 14:38 going on. I think it’s fantastic black cherry. I think it’s really well made, great structured and great hemens that lasts in so easy eight to fifteen years. But drinks are fairly known now. Really well. If there was ever a time to visit Napa, this is going to be the year because their going to have this wines. It’s a big time. Sasha Vaynerchuk: I’m actually going to the Caymus and chafer and just one. I’m very excited t try and that again I’m very excited to try at the winery this Caymus 2007. Gary Vaynerchuk: When will you best from molecule even if you have the mood, you’ll probably rate it a couple of our time. Question today Dad. Sasha Vaynerchuk: Yeah, question of the day.
