At the end of chocolate test, then just a little dessert tips on this grill you can do it because you do not have any open flame following for energy. Eventually I think it would probably burn off the flame. We left it on there for about 10 minutes and we did not do it and it is out here today. We want it to get done a little bit. We still got long way to go. We are going ahead and to do our typical bread test. Clean up the platform just to see what 0.29 this and see if the oven would be able to make pizza without burning.
Again, this is an infrared grill. I also feel like some more junk giving tuna a different flavor going on here. We will put that right here on the griddle. That has been a typical grill that has this multi-box and it is where we will put right on the griddle here. And since it starts to dry out, we are going to go ahead and start seeing some of the smoke flavor so we are going to shelter it a little bit until done. We are going to have a heated smoked pizza of the TEC infrared grill.
Alright folks, we are going to go ahead and check on our pizza here on the TEC infrared grill. See how it is really good. It looks like the topping is good melted. It is still crispy. Let us see what the bottom looks like. Look at that folks, absolutely even as can be. That is probably the most even pizza I have ever done on a grill, unbelievable.
And then again, we do not do the pizza test to try to do any type of barbecue wonder. This place clears the test for us to tell us how even the grill will cook, or even if it will cook on pieces.
Again only infrared grill, I think they cannot do this in any infrared grill. If you use the ceramic burner, infrared technology, you will not be able to do what we are doing here today.
