2010 Audi R8 V10

Hi! I'm Angus Mackenzie, Editor-in-Chief of Motor Trend and we're here on Audi stand at the 2009 Detroit Auto Show. How do you make a good thing better? Well, give it more horsepower is the help. Behind me is a new version of one of our favorite cars, the Audi R8. We love the R8. It's a terrific super car at a fantastic price and it's quite to drive too. It won our last handling test. The R8 V10 has a 5.2 liter V10 engine mounted mid-ships that gives up 520 horsepower. We can't wait to get this one on the road. The sharp eyed absorbers will notice some key differences between the V8 powered R8 and the V10 model. There is a new facial here at the rear and bigger side scoops at the side to feed the voracious appetite of that 5.2 liter V10.
