3 Quick Tips To Managing Your Time

Hi! this is Shalanda, your relationship coach giving you some time management tips. Now the first tip I would like to share with you is to write it down. If you have something you need to do for the day, write everything down as you need to get done for the day. It will keep you in focus and it will make it more realistic for you and hopefully it will give you that push you need, because you see it written down on paper and it is going to make you keep moving forward with your work you need to get done for the day.

Now when you write it down, put a time beside it, so that you are not focusing on one subject or one task for the whole day. Give yourself a certain amount of time to do it. And the next tip is to be realistic. If you know something is going to take your hour to do it, don't try to force yourself to get it done in 30 minutes. Make you are realistic and also if it only takes 50 minutes to do, give yourself 50 minutes to get it done. That way you are not wasting time.

And the third thing I want you to do is, celebrate your progress. Don't worry if you didn't get everything done on your list. You can always write another list for the next day and try again.
