3 Tiered Shooting
Okay boys, we have a shooting activity here, and this is known as 3 Tier. What's going to happen is you will run with the ball at speed, and before you get to this first set of cones, you are going to a take a long (Audio Gap).
Then you are going to continue on, and on or about at this level, there is going to be a pass from this side, where there will be a shot on goal, and then this group will pause it, right above this next level, for a header.
Player who shoots the ball gathers in the ball, say there, and this way around.
Ready. Good save, and up, and a great header finish. Hit, excellent shot. Great pass in, nice early pass in, and that's a great effort at goal, great header.
