Hi, this is Francisco Bujan from VitalCoaching.com. We are talking about diet, food, nutrition and vitality. And the topic for this video is “Three super simple raw food recipes”. We are back here on my magic carpet and what I want to share with you now is simply a few ideas on how to simplify your diet and integrate some very simple recipes into your life so that, you know, integrating more raw food into your diet is not a problem and not a challenge. So, again as I said earlier, one of the very simple things to do when you want to eat more raw, is to make a lot of fruit shakes. Now, what I do is I prepare, you see this is about two liters of fruit shake and it contains in that case, four bananas, it contains four oranges and a whole melon. But you can have of course other fruits, you know, you can make variations, you can add kiwis, you can add a little bit of lemon, you can even add a little bit of seeds, or if you want, you know other types of fruits. What is important, is that you have in this shake a very simple way of eating lots of foods without requiring too much effort. When you see a banana, it is sometimes a bit challenging to eat a whole banana, right? It seems to be big. But in a drink like this one, in a couple of liters, four bananas are contained in that. So you will tend to drink a lot of fresh raw fruit simply because you have a product or recipe or preparation which is already ready for you to use. So, whenever you want a snack, I told you about having like three snacks a day, three or four snacks everyday and every time you need a snack, you can simply use one of those shakes and drink that as a snack as one of your meals. And this works really, really great. So that is the first recipe. It is having lots of fruit shakes. The second recipe which is very obvious of course, again, it is salad. Raw salad, all the ingredients which are contained in here are raw. In that case it is a Fenui, I am not sure if it is an English word, I tried to look for the translation, at least it is a French word. But Fenui, carrots, I added some olives, there is some cabbage in there and I added also some dried raisins and some seeds like sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and lime seeds as well. So you will see that this is very healthy and this salad allows me to eat raw two times at lunch and maybe one time in the evening as well. So this salad will go for normally two days. Not just for myself but for another person as well and this is another recipe which is very easy to prepare. Yes, you can eat salads everyday; there is no problem with that. The fact that you need to have lots of variation is better for me. You can repeat these recipes adding a little bit or variation, and basically, this is going to be your new diet. So eating raw salads, for instance, in the evening is something I have to get used to. I started about two years ago. In the beginning, it was a bit challenging because I was used to pastas, rice, meals with meat or fish. So having only salad, raw salad was a bit of a challenge in the beginning. But to tell you the truth, once you get used to it and it does take like three to six months, I would say, to really integrate that in your system. Once you get used to it, you don’t go back to your old diet. I can tell you because it feels light, healthy and energizing. It has all the ingredients that you need. The third recipe that I want to share with you is one that I already talked about in the power breakfast recipe. So this contains, raw flour, raisins, nuts, a few seeds, the same as in the salad and then it contains bananas as well. So this is mixed with a mixer and this is a breakfast. When I prepare it, I usually have about three times this size. I already had some for breakfast so this is what is left that I might have for lunch or as a snack during the day. Okay, I hope this makes sense. You will see that these three recipes are power kicks. They are all very energizing and more on this coming soon. Take care and bye-bye.
