While it is redesigned tune watching your hand.
(Demo)
That is basically how it works, I will do it really slow now. So thumb, second finger, third finger, fourth finger and then you are going to tack and then you are going to try and keep your hand as flat as possible.
(Demo)
And then you are going to play your hand over.
(Demo)
So I am kind of like just gliding my hand, glide from key to key so it is just leading from one key to the next.
(Demo)
Now, I try to keep my hand relaxed somehow.
(Demo)
Okay now, that is they right hand, the left hand goes like this. So you will start on five instead of one so it goes five, four, three, two, one and then you play your fourth finger over there, four, three, two, one. Now, if you are going to keep going, this is just for two. If you are going to go to like three or four octaves then you just keep switching over there.
(Demo)
Until you want to stop, so now you will stop right there. So it is thumb, two, three, four, and then switch thumb, two, three, four and then switch for your thumb, two, three, four and then if you are going to stop here just play it fast or if you are going to keep going and then switch.
(Demo)
So the left hand is a little bit front, instead of use it in the right hand you are only using one, two, three, four and you never use your fifth until you get to right top. In this one, you are going to use it fast right away and then you are just going to keep using four, three, two and one.
(Demo)
And then now you stop five again. So hopefully that explains dominants. Now, just to prove that if you lower the middle note with any major triad that is going to turn into minor triad, look. Okay, watch you are in D major right here so in D major you have F# and C# I see two sharps. If that major chord would just be at.
(Demo)
D major. Now, if you think about D minor, D minor has an B flat in it and a C# so all the notes are white sharp or flat and then sharp and then white. So if you just play D minor, that is a D minor chord. G, F, E so when there is a D major, F#, where there is a D minor.
(Demo)
Those are all minor and here is some major.
(Demo)
Now look, I can change it to another key here as here is D flat major.
(Demo)
Now, the minor.
(Demo)
All I am doing is I am switching between this note and this note.
(Demo)
I am just slowing it down to one semi tone. Okay look, now I am in G major, low at the middle note, one semi tone.
(Demo)
Now, I am in G minor, key it here that is F# major, now I am in the F# minor.
(Demo)
Same thing here, A flat major, A minor. I guess this should be G sharp minor but anyway, so that is it. That is how it works. Any key, you just pick one, play the major and then lower it to minor key, lower if you are in a minor and you want to make it major, just raise it up.
(Demo)
So E minor, major.
(Demo)
As I did in the major, so making that going up was not.
(Demo)
That is the reason of learning it. So there is the major.
(Demo)
Major. And then major. Okay, so I hope that is brief enough for you. Okay, well it is hot up here in Canada. Look at my cat just chilling underneath the table, let us go take a look her. It is hot is it not? Can you meow for me? There you go. Have a nice sleep. Anyway, do you like my box there? See, this is how I got the camera on this level otherwise it chops off my hair and of course I will be able to see my hair. Anyway, next little lesson, I was not really planning this but I hope you enjoy this Michael, take care and see you later. Bye.
