the first 2 workouts are mainly lat workouts also he has really poor form hes swinging his arms way to much he should use less weight and have a much more controlled motion do not do these excercises (this way especially) for a "good" delt workout

this is actually a top quality exercise. its all about going for the burn. I take it these last posts havnt tried this yet? typical gym posers "oh why isnt he lifting heavier weights". doing these exercises back to back like this not even with a heavy weight will give you BURN! Granted he might stil have been swinging the weights one some exercises (a)

loada shit, he was swinging the weight up with his body.lol. and I agree with that last poster that the shoulder press can handle alot more weight than that. I can push my bodyweight up with my shoulders, push up from a handstand, everyone should be able too do that too.

Seems to me that by using the same set of dumbbells for all the exercises in the circuit, the weight is not optimized for the different variations. I think this is especially the case for the standing press where even after all this pre-exhaustion, more weight could be handled than is appropriate for the leverage exercises.

the video says 10-15 reps, the guy in the video could only manage 8 on most exercises. What up?
