good form, not bad but your holding your breath during the lifting stage that is very dangerous as it creates lactic acid build up in the mucsles and that hinders muscle growth, all because theres no oxygen supply please breath out! i like that your keeping the weight light because the shoulder don't need alot of weight to trigger growth and this also minimises injury risk because the shoulder is the most commonly injured body part known to sport man

the first 2 workouts are mainly lat workouts also he has really poor form hes swinging his arms way to much he should use less weight and have a much more controlled motion do not do these excercises (this way especially) for a "good" delt workout
