Welcome to BodyRock TV. Many people have been asking me how fast they can make changes in their bodies, how fast they can get six pack and muscles, and get rid of the fat. Everybody wants this change really fast. So to be honest, I don't know how fast you can make these huge changes in your body, because I never met anyone who went through some huge transformation in just few weeks. I know there are a lot of programs that are promising that you can get the six pack and you can get rid of fat. All these programs have always before and after pictures, and there is always some guy who is totally out of shape, and in the after picture he has got all these muscles and six pack, and even their face is different. And I can't tell if it's the same person even. What if it's some trick, maybe Photoshop or something, or I don't even know how much time passed in between these pictures when they were taken.
So I made a research of all these programs that are promising really fast results, like get a six pack in just a few weeks and stuff like that, and there is many of them out there, and they are not cheap. So I found one of the most popular programs that's promising six packs in just four months. And I contacted the guy who build it; he is a professional fitness trainer, and I asked him if I can put somebody through his program to see if it works, and if I can do a video series about it.
He was really confident about his program that covers diet and exercises and everything that you need to get the six pack and to get muscular, and he gave it to me for free. So I can test it in front of everybody to see if it works.
So the question is, can a regular person, an average guy, who doesn't have muscles yet, who doesn't have the six pack, who is not athletic, can he get a six pack in just four months? So this is my average guy, who is, by the way, the producer of this show and my husband. I decided to put him through the program, because I have taken his measurements, his body fat readings, his weight, and all this stuff shows that for his age, he is in completely average shape. He doesn't have a lot of muscles, he is not an athlete, he doesn't have a six pack; show you don't have a six pack. See, he doesn't have any six pack. So we are going to try to get him the six pack and get him in shape and build the muscles on his body in just four months.
So I will be coaching him through the workouts and pushing him to do his best and also, I will be preparing his meals to make sure that he follows the diet plan.
