Welcome to this episode of Body Performance, I am Steve Turano. Let me give you 7 easy things that you can do that is painless and a hope start to weight lose process. Number 1, you got start moving, the more you move the more calories you will burn, the more weight you will lose that means walking 2 miles a day, 6 days a week.2 miles will take you about 30 minutes and will consume about 200 calories. Number 2, eat break fast, study show that people who eat break fast lose weight quicker and keep it off longer. Number 3, pay attention to what you are drinking during the day, sweet and coffees, sweet and teas, juices, sodas they all have extra calories that add up. Number 4, watch your drinking on the weekends, I’m talking about liquor, now I am not locking it who does not like any drunk, being obnoxious, getting naked love it.
Problem is, is people will do really love during the week, watch what they eat, exercise and then they will kill on the weekends by drinking to much, just 4 light beers are a problem to a junior walker. Now if there is any wrong with that but calories do add up. Number 5, pack your lunch bring it to work and eat it, anything you bring from home or make from home is definitely better, lower in calories and anything you eat out of a restaurant. Number 6, we involved this one before, 3 small meals a day, 3 snack a day and number 7, watch your snacking at night not because snacking really at night is bad but simply it adds extra calories to your to your total choleric intake.
