Tony DeBoom: Group rides are some we have plenty of in Boulder, Colorado. I use to group rides for mostly for two reasons, one it's an easy way to get the intense workouts you need during the week done and secondly I use group rides for testing myself to see where my fitness is at against some of my main competitors.

Scott Moninger: Drafting in bike racing is very similar to drafting in auto racing that is the lead bicycle; I believe vehicle is doing much more work about 30% more work than the person sitting in the draft. So over the course of a 100 miles or 5 hour race being in the draft as long as possible and as much as possible is definitely an advantage, it's all that it seems.
