Simplistic and cute. Since so many foods that are really good for people make me severely sick, like onions, garlic, etc., I have decided that going vegetarian will mean eating beans at every meal. The one reason I went off of the usual diabetic diet was boredom. I got tired of eating the same 5 foods everyday at each meal. There is a limit to how combining those same 5 foods in diferent way can become interesting to the diabetic. I have considered fasting several times a month, to cut out the boredom. I do not know what else to eat. I know what not to eat, and that is the problem.
