Let us take a look at it winff.org. WinFF the website is winff.org. WinFF is a GUI for the command line converter FFMPEG. For example, you can convert the mpeg’s, flv’s and your movies, all into avi’s all at once. Click on the Downloads button. You can choose from the different releases. There is the latest release, there is a stable release. So if you are a first time then I would suggest you to do select stable release. You can select the MS Windows Installer if you want installing on Windows slot. You can select from your flat form.

And if you are a advance user, you can click on the button called Options that is upon and at ones the Option box where you can specify the Video Bit Rate, Frame Rate, Video Size, Aspect Ratio, Audio Bit Rate, Audio Sample Rate and then Additional Command Line Parameters. This can be use if you are a custom with the FFMPEG. That is for a casual user but if not, go in the advance options.
You select the format that you want to convert it to. Let us say I have here AVL file on my hard disk and I will convert it to 3gp then it will be used for playing on mobile phones. Then, I will press the convert button.
