Female: I have bee n exercising dogs full time for 14 years and then I always have dog so 30 years old together. I am exercising dogs. I love it, it is great.
Female 2: How much exercise should a dog be getting?
Female: The dg should get about approximately an hour and half exercise a day. I would say 45 minutes in the morning. Half an hour to 45 minutes in the evening. For dog exercise represents freedom. The freedom part is a mental thing that exercising it self is really physical for the dog.
Female 3: I am sure moods too like I know one I do not exercise really I feel weak I start to get really fondant.
Female 2: And dogs become really hyper and a aggressive, they destroy things in the house and stuff like.
Female : What is you can not dedicated an hour and half everyday. Like exercise your dog.
Female 2: You can do it a 50 minutes in the morning and 50 in the evening if you really do not have anytime. To the best that you can whenever it is comfortable in your lifestyle. It is better than nothing.

Female: Can you walk us through the daily drill?
Female 2: A daily drill would be that you started out when you get the dog out of the house that you make him calm, sit, stat to have calm down, that can be too act this to aggressive, too crazy, your energy cares about s the more hyper I am the more they do this thing more they going to go with me. The more I slow down the more they slow down. You start walking about either in your neighborhood or up hill you increase the temper from fie minutes slow to ten minutes faster up to 45 minutes and then you temper all you go home you wait approximately 30 minutes and you feed them and the same routine starts in the afternoon or evening when you come home after work. And that is how you have a good and happy dg. Because they need besides exercise which is number one.

Female 2: It definitely factors in with the puppy. The puppy has to learn how do walk outside so you might have a beginning with the puppy even do more of exercises outside just to get a new student, hows the puppy learn, how he walk without pin we exercises. And with the older dog you have to watch them take hand as exercises as big girls. Dogs does not fellow they do not know how they are they still need the routine. They just a slower.
Female: How does it dog breath effects come out in exercising they need small and large are exactly the same amount of exercises and that is a big misunderstanding with us. A lot of people say I want to get the small dog out or reapers. But they reapers because they are not socially exercise.
Female 3: For me, I like all sorts of exercises.
Female: How do you know what is good for your dog.
Female 2: Every dog number one thing is the leash and the walk, always walking is number one form of exercise. Running is good for sudden breath like cry on who were like a natural running for the more very active traits. Do not over run your dogs so they can really exhausted
Female: What about biking or roller blading?

Female 2: Yes, absolutely I do it all the time. Biking is not good at all. It seems to be happy running like it is really they are really scares about that. Phone you on. And you are not under floor you are not exercising with them you are own something in exercising.
Female: Can you give us an essential like safety tips per exercising with the pet?
Female 2: Definitely, number one is keep at least on your pedal all the timers. Number two is offer your dog some water like 15 to 20 minutes into exercises especially when it is hot. You have to really watch us for basement. You have to look go in a lighter basement over a darker basement when it touches will I think keep my hand on if when a minute dog is okay. If I can keep my hand on this for a minute the dogs should walk on because it is way to hot.
Female: How would I know if I am pushing my dog to hard?
Female 2: For example now you see the dog this dog state they breath that sweating that is normal. When you hear like a whistling sound it never should get there that is already that is way to hard. Let them relax cool them off, like even cool them off with water and the stomach and just let them set in a shade.
