I wanted to review this product, it is a great product. It is a Polar Listen to Your Body and what it does, it measures your heart rate, your average heart rate, your calories burned, the time and it is a really great product, it is very reliable, it lasts a long time, but see, it was two years ago that I purchased this. It is a really good brand. The model number is F4 and you can find it at Polarfitness.com, but it is really reliable and you do not really need the monitors on the machines because this does a great job. I was just going to read a little bit from the book here to tell you exactly what it does. Of course, it gives you the exercise that is the time you spent exercising, the time you spent in your heart rate zone, it figures your heart rate zone, but your heart rate zone should be, it has the average and the maximum heart rate, of course, your calories, how much you burn with each session. It also reminds you to exercise at least every three days. It has an easy to use two button functionality. Its displaying is really easy to read that not probably cannot see it here on the video. Like I said, it is reliable, convenient, easy way to measure your heart rate. It measures the electrocardiogram, your ECG. You can use a rest unit to conveniently view your heart rate and other information while walking, cycling, exercising, does not interfere with your exercise rhythm. So it is a really good, very good, very reliable product. Like I said, you can get it at Polarfitness.com and it is the F4 model that I am talking about. I think it is about $80.00, comes in a little box like this with all the manuals and the warrantees and the registration and all of those little things that you have to fill up and send off. But this is a really good brand, Polar Listen to Your Body F4 Rate Heart Monitor, great product.
