A guide to a Transfats
Hi! This is a gadget Transfats. Transfats are know as unsaturated fat and they maybe polyunsaturated or monounsaturated. And there are very dangerous to your health to consume in any amounts. Because they increase the rate of oxidation in your body, which at risk. A high risk for coronary heart disease and also for cancers oxidation increases the rate of free radicals in your body. So you will want to be very careful when you consuming food especially prepackage foods which that you find on a shopping or groceries store. I like muffins, cakes, cookies and all the goodies that we love to eat which are we really want to do. I really want to pay attention to this is that nutrition facts level on this pre packaged goods. And we, to make sure that it zero or minimal on Transfats which all of the level these days are mandated to half level they put on there.
So pay attention to that and if it does have any kind of minimal trace at transfat or you know for fat that this food does have transfat please look at the list on ingredient on their because you want to pay attention to hydrogenated oils which is another worth for transfat and also shortening. And make sure that on list ingredient on the nutrition level it is towards the end of that list. Because then you will know that it is not in high amount this food just contains the transfat in higher amounts. That it has more be about nutritious ingredients that you can your body will benefit from.
