A Guide to the Penis

So be prepared for what’s basically a crash course in the penis and a little hot spot it houses. Generally, when females consider male sexual pleasuring, they know that his priced possession is the penis. And yes, the sensitive area is a money when it comes to sexual activity and gratification. What many women don’t know however is that the penis itself is covered with little hot spots that make from mind blowing results when stimulated specifically. Before we get to those however, it’s a really good idea to have a better understanding of the male reproductive organ so that we know what makes his penis a jaw dropping source of amusement and sensations. The penis consists of 3 main parts. The root or base which supports his pelvic area during thrusting, the glans which is the smooth sensitive tip, it’s loaded with nerve endings which makes it a hot spot in and of itself and third, the body or shaft of the penis. The shaft contains a rich network of blood vessels and spongy cylinders. When a man is aroused, his cylinders fill with blood and expand causing the erection. Penises range from male to male, presenting themselves in a variety of shapes and sizes. It can be long, medium or short in length and skinny, medium or thick in girth. The average flaccid or non-erect penis, is 2 to 4 inches long and an average erect penis is 4 5/8 to 6 ¼ inches long. Anywhere within an inch of that range is considered mainstream. Contrary to popular belief, larger flaccid penises do not increase as much in sizes to smaller flaccid penises when erection occurs. As far as erogenous zones on the penis itself, we’re going to start with the hot spot that may be missing on some men, the foreskin. While all males are born with the foreskin, also referred to as the prepuce, some have it snipped at birth or the other procedure known as circumcision. Those males that are uncircumcised who still have their foreskin, sport this layer of skin full of rich blood vessels, nerve endings and muscle fibers. This foreskin is a double layered fold of skin, usually extending beyond the glans, which automatically pulls back when the male is aroused and erect. Many believed that the foreskins serves a protective purpose in keeping the glans surface soft and moist as well as providing the penis with the skin necessary to accommodate an erection. Another zone is the corona. The corona is the raised ridge at the bottom of the glands that separates the penis head from the shaft. For some men, it is the most sexually excitable area of the penis. For men who are circumcised, this erogenous zone can be fully stimulated throughout sexual activity. In uncircumcised men, the corona may not be totally visible until erection occurs. An additional hot spot is the frenulum, a tiny bond of skin or small bump near the under side of the penis where the glans meet the shaft. Like the corona, for many men, this area is the most sensitive part of his penis. In fact, some men reach orgasm too quickly if this hot spot receives intense stimulation during sex play. Now that we’ve gone over all of the erogenous zones in the male penis, here’s a little penis etiquette you may want to abide by. In playing with his penis, keep your nails well groomed as in no hang nails or rough edges. Don’t be afraid to own his penis with strong direct stimulation, most men like firm touch and will often state that a timid touch is more frustrating than anything. If you’ve ever seen a man masturbating, you’ll notice he is tugging on his penis with a lot of force. Use lots of lube. It helps. A lot of people think lube is just for old folks, not true. It’s a normal part of sexual activity. And lastly, communicate with your lover. Every guy is going to have his own likes and dislikes. Make sure you know what works for him.
