You may also like to have a piece of toast or some cereal. But because those foods are very low in protein, you are going to end up having unbalanced blood sugar level. So those kind of crashes at 3 0'clock in the afternoon and things like that. So trying to keep yourself balanced all day long with lots of good nutrition, it is of course best for mom and baby.
