So, the one-on-one moves we just did and we will go to a one-on-one game and in this the attacker can use any of the one-on-one moves and try and beat the defender. You get one point if you go to the cone to your left, one point to the cone to your right and three points if you beat the defender up the middle.
The drill starts when the defender plays the ball in and we will play from there. So here we go. Alright good, so there the defender knocked the ball away before Mara was successful so that's no point for her. We will play again, here we go.
I am not sure we will count that because she didn't stop close enough to the cone. So one thing to keep in mind Mara was successful in getting Bier to the side, but if she can use some sort of deception move like we just learned a step over, a cutback, in this drill, because there are three targets, you can go to. The change of direction moves are effective. So if you go one way, you show the defender like you are going in one direction, pull it back and change and go to the other.
Really the attacker in this, particularity one-to-one game should be successful because there are three different directions they can chose to go in.
