So we here we are on Margaret island, this is an extremely peaceful island in the middle of the city, just perfect anytime of the day, you can do anything, you can relax, bike, walk, jog around the island, or just simply take a seat on one of the benches and just enjoy the nature. Just let me show you my favorite place on the island, this tiny zoo is real fun, or if you like history, you'll find your choice also just visit the historical all through the island.
Here we are on the Castle here, it's very close to our hotel, just on the opposite side of the river. This is the most romantic district of Budapest, it's full of pedestrian sections, designs, and nice cafes, and it's surrounded by the Matthias Church, the Fisherman's Bastion, and the Royal Palace. So don't hesitate, and just walk over the Chain Bridge, take the binocular, enjoy this spectacular view from here to the river Danube and the Parliament Building. Gerbeaud is the most popular coffee house in town with its delicious, tea's, coffee's and cakes, especially the Dobos cake. The square front of the Café is always busy, and it's a perfect place, just a take a seat and enjoy the crowd going by.
Thousands of temptations await for here in Budapest, but let me show you the shopping opportunities, unique to our culture and heritage.

First thing people recall about Hungarian Cuisine is Goulash, but dining in Budapest is much more. Nowadays, traditions and trend are existing side by side. Gundel is Hungary's most famous restaurant, with its tradition of 110 years it's a real fine dining in a calm and elegant atmosphere. Just try the classics like a goose liver pudding or the Gundel pancakes
Jozsef Farkas: we have a nice fine dining room; we have two ball rooms, six private rooms, a wine celler, and a nice garden for 600 persons.
Andrea Foldvary: Cafekor is a store with the real downtown feel, it's best to come early, see the place, and enjoy it's loyal local following. It's a bit of aspiration, the daily specials are written on the wall, taste any of them, but don't forget to try the locals favorite, the grill, sheep stew salad, it's really, really heavenly.
Mokka is my favorite restaurant. Its stylish, and lively atmosphere and the friendly staff which surely make you feel at home. The Fusion Cuisine is a real blend of harmonic flavors. If you want to be a part of the Budapest crowd, let me help you to discover the happening places where you can have fun, enjoy, and feel like a local.
Welcome to the pantry of Budapest, the largest market where you can find fruits, vegetables, and the real Hungary glimpse like Tokaji wine, salami, red paprika, and Unicum a tradition of Hungarian alcohol.
Hello, welcome to Statue Park, this is the most exciting outdoor museum in eastern Europe, where the cities destroyed the statues from the communist era, Budapest has collected them, and moved them here to this park. This is at the edge of the city, but you will be very happy to arrange the transportation and it's worth for you.
While in Budapest you must find time to pamper yourself in one of the hot springs. Gellert Bath, is one of the most stunning ones. They have indoor thermal pools, plunged pools, and steam bath, and in sunny days like today, you can enjoy the outdoors swimming pool, or the hot pool with medicinal water.
That's the end of our little tour. I hope your first impression will bring you to Budapest as there is much more to see. We will be here to have you to explore this colorful city at the Inter-Continental hotel. Viszontlátásra!
