I am not sure why this video is called "A guide to Ashtanga" - the poses in this video are not representative of what you would get in an ashtanga practice. For example, supta badha konasana is not anywhere in the ashtanga series, and especially not with the use of props for a restorative take on the pose. Check out www.ashtanga.com if you want to know more about ashtanga.
