Hi I am Mike Hackley with ShopperStorage.com and we are here today with American Outdoor Grill. With American Outdoor Grill is actually manufactured by R.H Peterson which brings you the fire magic grill which is our number one grill in the U.S. right now.
But, what they did is they made what we call the AOG grill. We are going to put less material in it. Again, their idea was that it still has the same cooking abilities, close to the same cooking abilities as far magic is our best. I guess I do not want say cheap but they did make it a little bit cheaper. With the same cooking technologies, so that we can get it out at a better price point to the people here in the U.S.
Now, what makes this grill different is a lot of your cheaper grills out there, a less expensive grills is the word I guess I am looking for. Are all made overseas, the difference here is this thing is made in California it part for the kingdom to get the service card if you need them and it is home grown and it is a less expensive grill.
Now, I am going to point out some of the features on the AOG, it has a 15,000 and a 14,000 BTU side burner. It is not a whole lot to it but it gives job done if you want to cook some beans or grill something on your side burner and of course what they did was a short logo roast test in action on how to cook this thing without having to take a rotisserie rod if you have to.
Now, again it has the normal real contour that we are talking about when we were showing from another grill. But again, overall it has nice look to it, it has nice look on to the knobs here it has a tray expansion little system right here in the center. They do same thing that they do on the fire magic grill thing but everything is here at the center which do not have free hand that you are pulling out and dropping all over the place so that they could get easy for you. A battery ignition that may put on the rest of the high end grills and the greatest thing is it just really pops but it just really got a really good battery but it does stupid job.
And, then you have your rolling rack here and it just looks like just like anything else, not real big but again you start going out, you start adding more material then you start adding to the price pay the low they made the grill less expensive, they made it more affordable now they still put it double line lid with a grill foil commercial brace stainless. They did put a temperature gauge on it.
But, one of the features that I have really liked about this grill is it urge me on the other grills is, is I like to rotate is not like cook at the same time.
So, what you going doing is you end up with something here a piece of chicken over right here in the middle of the grill and then you are kind of fighting on burning them on the inside to finish cooking and not only that if you got a burner a pie and trying to cook over here, it is going to be burn one inch of your chicken because of all that heat coming up.
What they know a chicken is done is I find it quickly edible I do not why other grill manufacturers have not done this but they move the rear burner to one side so you can actually because of where you burners stop it here you can actually put a piece of chicken, cook that piece of chicken right here then you do hamburgers, do pizzas, do steaks, without it interfering on burning your chicken on this side because this burners are off under here.
Very, very in a heat you have to think about it so even though they made less expensive and more affordable for the consumer they have put some ingenuity that is nice. So, I think is really cool--
