Dr. Ordon: Her whole abdomen which used to full of fat has literally deflated. We are going to remove this entire apron. This incision is probably going to be close to 4 feet long. We are actually using cutting cautery; cuts the tissue and cauterizes at the same time. Well we encounter large blood vessels here. You could imagine the blood supply that you need to supply this tissue; old school surgery, big time surgery. We are just forging ahead here. This is high quality fat, that's coming out. We are just doing a little extra contouring. Okay, we are going to split this flap down. This is all coming out. The specimen has ready to come off. This is the moment of truth. On a day's work, marathon case, removed 16 pound specimen. That's one of the biggest I have ever done. This is not your basic tummy tuck. What a difference is this going to make? She's going to feel a 100% better.
