Abdominal Massage Video 2

(Music Playing) After the basic warm up, we start with kneading or Petrissage. First at the sides, then the middle area of the belly, and then the other side. I am showing here a Reverse grip kneading technique. If you want to remain on the same side of the table. If you want to use the same technique at the other side then you have to switch sides. Then continue with circular friction either medium size circles or like I am showing now, small size circles. The circular friction should basically follow the path of ante colon. In addition to the circle of friction, you can also add a little bit of vibration. This is a very good stimulation for digestive tract. (Music Playing)
