Now with this board you can also do leg bends. By just stepping on this lever here and level the board to move freely. So you can just place it down to a more on a declined position, go ahead and climb on the top leaning at the back board, use this handle here. You are still going to work on a little bit hip flexors when doing leg flex but it is still going to get that abs region also. Legs are out front, you just swing it straight up.
