Okay, right now we are there to workout with the abs. We want to keep our things tight. Everybody is always wondering about “how do we work our abs,” this machine does it. One adjustment on this machine, the seat here, we turn this knob, pull this other knob straight out, the seat slides up or down. Lock it into place.
What we are looking for? We want to make sure that this is pretty much right at that chest level. We can sit straight up, so when we lean straightforward it gives those abs muscles. We place our feet straight down, get in position, drag those abs muscle in, we are pushing from our core, keeping that core muscle tight, keeping those core muscle tight. We are using abs muscles to lean straightforward. Breathe out. As you crush those abs together and once again your rep range will depend upon the type of program you are doing.
