Okay, this is called a “bent leg abdominal board.” This thing will workout on the abs. So this board really focus on hitting those abs region. So, what we are going to do—there are a couple of adjustments on here. One adjustment allows these two pads to go straight up and down. So, we just pull this knob back, then straight up again. You lock it into place and we place our leg right in between the two pads.
Next thing we are going to do is to attempt the crunch straight up from our abs, bringing our arms across our chest, just bring it down. I am going to straight up. No need to go all the way up, no need to go all the way down. We are doing a simple track. We want to keep the tension on the muscle the whole way through.
