Hi Dave Epstein, welcome to my V-log and I hope you have a great start to the new year here is January, and January can be a slow month in the garden, of course if you live in the area where there is a lot of snow in the ground as you can see behind me we have got quite a bit although January fogs are fairly common you know if you look at winters over the course the winter during January many years more years the night it intense to warm up for just a few days during the month. Couple of things you have been doing this month certainly keeping an eye on your house plants, you really want to check them be sure that they do not have bugs.
It is good idea that turns the leaves over and we have done some videos which you can poke around from that site and look for that videos on how to take care of your indoor house plants also it is a good idea to mist a lot of house plants or keep it humidify it going because they tend to dry out. Outside not a lot but the end of the months some of you may see you’re which witch hazel or heimalis beginning to bloom and you can also start force some branches towards the end of January, perhaps go cuts some poinsettia bring it inside put a little of warm water and forest that.
One thing I want to mention to you here going as soon as we start our garden chatter section or our form section and this is an area I really hope you go to quite often and I want you to go there and ask questions and answer them of each other so this one a probably about a month ago and we will take a look at it over the next several weeks and will continue to be looking at it and monitoring it and looking for your questions and I want you to tell us you know, what you are having in trouble with in the garden?, what are you interested about doing this spring and start a new topic and hopefully many of you will go there often to exchange interesting ideas with each other.
