Additional Styles in Belly Dancing

So this is a more conventional belly dancing costume. It has a lot more beads and the movement shows much more as you can see. You can see all the movement. And what happens is that even though I mean it was about a long time ago in Egypt it is actually weird because now in Egypt it is against the law to show your stomach when you do belly dancing. Belly dancing was banned for a few years and now the only thing they are allow to dance but without showing the stomach. So this, what actually be illegal in Egypt but thank God it is okay here.

When you are practicing belly dancing it does not really matter what you listen too, right? I mean you see belly dancing now and all the hip hop videos. I see some people doing in on Greek music on Operas. I mean it is—it really is a dance that you can do on a lot of kinds of music but if you want to concentrate on the basics and where it came from if you want to do the traditional style I mean you will do have to dance on Arabic music.
