We start to day 1, which is very, very slow. And then slowly we speed up to get 2. And then I bend my thumb again as I move my body right in and I strengthen my thumb as I move my body right back. We bend the thumb and bring the foot into the thumb, so there is contentious bending of the thumb and bringing the foot into the thumb as I work the diaphragm. This is a side view to show you how you can use your body weights to walk along the diaphragm line with your thumb moving your body weights in and out. So, as we bends the foot in I am bend up from a body weights moves in as we strengthen the thumb, the body weights moves outs.
And the first techniques I am going to show you are to prevent wear-and-tear of the thumb. So what we are going to use instead is we are going to use our fingers or our knuckles. So I press in and walk with my knuckle walking diagonally from the heel line through to the waist line. And I stop when I get the outside of the foot. So you can either use the thumb or as we have learned knuckle needing. You can use the knuckles to work the small intestines as you walk in and outs, and in and outs so it is a bending of the knuckle and straightening.
