We start to day 1, which is very, very slow. And then slowly we speed up to get 2. And then I bend my thumb again as I move my body right in and I strengthen my thumb as I move my body right back. We bend the thumb and bring the foot into the thumb, so there is contentious bending of the thumb and bringing the foot into the thumb as I work the diaphragm. So you can either use the thumb or as we have learned knuckle needing. You can use the knuckles to work the small intestines as you walk in and outs, and in and outs so it is a bending of the knuckle and straightening.
