Advanced Pole Dancing, Part 2

Alright, this next one that we're going to show is definitely more advanced. The girls have been working really hard on upper body strength.

So basically what we do is we start off with exercise where they're their strengthening their upper body. Then we want to start them off with these kicks, because you need a strong kick in order to pull these off.

So Jamey is actually going to throw herself up and throw herself right over, the legs are going to be open, she's going to be spinning around. She's going to lower herself right to the floor.

So I'm just going to let this show for itself, because there's really no other explaining except that she's flying. Okay! So away you go to Jamey.

She just lets herself coming down the pole from there and then with all the strength she just pulls off a nice finish from there.
