Hi! How you're doing? My name Is Dan Kutler and I am here to teach the person who knows how to swim each stroke, how to basically, kick your stroke up and nice. So this lesson is for the advanced swimmer.
Basically, we are going to go through all four strokes, butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, and freestyle. I am going to give you some tips and tools, which you can use to help so to make your stroke more like an Olympian stroke.
My background is basically I have been swimming my whole life. I got a Full-Ride Scholarship to UCLA. I was a seven time All-American to them. I ended up competing internationally for three years and I highlighted my career with basically in the 1996 Olympics. I was a member of 4x100 Medley Relay Team, I swim in the butterfly event of that Medley Relay and I basically made finals in the 1996 Olympics.
So still what we are going to be talking about are the sort of finer points of swimming. We are going to be talking about elbow pit, we are going to be talking about swimming with your torso. We are going to be talking about head position. Some of the things that you want to think about when you are trying to upgrade your stroke. Alright, let's get ready, let's get started, put on your goggles and now let's go.
