We got to effects. Express these controls and slow the control. Open up our transform and on the position hold down Alt and click it and we get a script from Come Up, okay. Type in wiggle five, now take the pic clip here. Click it, hold it and move it out to the slider. No need to close that, alright. Close our position, close our transform and open up Effects and we now see that we have a slide to control, alright.
The slider is set to zero. So just before the explosion happens, if you could just find that, it was just about here. Set a key frame, zero, now scrub to the frames until you see the first part of the explosion starting to happen so we see it here. Now move this out to around about, I will say 15, alright. Move forward, just as a second explosion kicks off, so wait for this debris to fly out and I will say that the second explosion kicking off now so just got back a few, there you go about there. Set another key frame and between this key frame you are showing the length of the time where the camera is actually shaking but just as the second explosion kicks in, it is more of powerful bigger explosion. We go into give it more of the shakes so move this write up to about 20, no, I will say about 30, move up to 30.
Now, we got all along until the explosion start to fade out so, alright. So, I will say around about there, just about here. So a cave ring and just as the explosion completely fades out, around about here, put the slider to zero, alright. This will stop the shake. However I noticed that the secondary major explosion actually kick off around about here. So, what I am actually going to do is move this key frame along, alright. If we turn on the motion blur, motion blur, that is done, close up this. We will do a run preview and see what we get. There you go, that is looking quite good is it not?
However, the problem we are having is as the camera shakes the composition slightly over lapse of the screen so basically this is where the composition ends, sometimes overreacts especially when the explosion gets more powerful. So in order to fix that, so that we do not get any blank bit of the button here, you cannot see it but right here there is a black line where the composition over lapse, go up to Effects, sterilize, motion tile. Set the output width to 120, set the output height to 120 and move the edges. And what this would do is now adjust the composition so that none of the frames go out of place, so now that is done. We are pretty much finished.
Now, there is a few things we can do because obviously this spaceship is to explode for no apparent reason. Now if any body has actually seen my laser tutorial, on how to create a laser and we have that it here and it is quite easy to add into it.
Now if you have seen my laser tutorial and you can find it on the website and basically create your laser. If we go back to our composition here and get a laser composition or move it in as you place it above the composition here, alright. Let us just scale this write down. What we will do is have the laser hitting the ship. So we have got to find out the exact point where the ship explodes, so it is around about here.
