Susan Agrama: well william, this is not an old wife still, its actually between of people can shrink with their age, and have to do something called bone mineral density, starting the above the age 40 people start to loose the little bit of their bone mineral density some people can actually develop a disorder called osteoporosis in which they have a more rapid loss of their bone, people who have more risk for this are specially women once they gone to menopause, but there also another risk factors including family history smoking, excessive alcohol intake and inactivities, so what would be my recommendations be for you make sure that you are eating the healthy diet getting the adequate amount of calcium exercising regularly and defiantly don’t smoke.
