Hello, my name is Agustin Aguerreberry, a model for Ford. So today we are going to see in this practice like a lot of arm balancing, forearm balancing, hand stand, headstand—all of the inversions. This movement that we are going to see now is not for beginners. I have been practicing yoga for almost seven years. So yes, this is like you have to learn these things under the guidance of a guru or a master—someone who has been practicing these techniques for a long time.
In all the inversions, it was like your whole body is working in order to keep your organs in place. So, it creates a lot of heat and you see, what is with upside down? It’s like a combination of many things. It’s a combination of balancing, it’s a combination of flexibility, strength, breathing, control. You are concentrating on so many things at the same that it’s impossible to create any kind of duality in your mind or thinking of anything else. You got to be breathing.
You forget about the inside. You have to focus on the inside, otherwise, it would be too difficult.
