Hello! How are you? My name is Agustin Aguerreberry and I work for Ford Models.
Today, I’m going to share with you some exercise to start your practice in the morning.
It’s really important that you can develop like your own practice at home, so it can only be 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes that some you have go everyday.
So we’re going to start with capala alactun or fire breathing. It’s one of the most common primal muscle. You’re going to inhale halfway and when you exhale, bring your belly in strong exhalation. Inhale and exhale through your nose.
And then you inhale your stomach with your hands. So you can do like 30 minutes of that and then you’re ready to go into your stand up practice.
So you’re going to stand up in front of your mat. Feet together. Remember that you’re going to inhale and exhale through your nose so keep your mouth closed, your tongue is placed on the top of your palate. So inhaling, hands up. As you exhale, you’re going to bend forward and you cross your arms, relax your head. You then bend your knees and look up. And as you exhale, you’re going to walk into backward. Bring your knees down, open your chest and then exhale. You’re going into baby curl. Squeeze your shoulder and offer your heart. Exhale number and we’re through.
So then, we’re facing down. Open your feet six inches apart parallel and try to keep your heels down if you can and then you’re going to bring your head in between your arms. Arms straight, open your fingers so you have a good foundation. Inhale and heels up, and as you exhale, you’re going to jump or walk forward. Look up, inhale, exhale and bend. Inhale, up. Exhale and relax.
Thank you for watching our video. And I hope it will help you to start your yoga practice.
