And we are backed today out of beautiful so early because it’s a gorgeous day, Tiffany Young: Another hard day at work at the office. Ben Freedman: I’ll tell you -- Tiffany Young: Okay. Ben Freedman: -- it’s a beautiful, beautiful day and -- Tiffany Young: Gorgeous. Ben Freedman: -- the reason why are out here today is because it -- this actually started a year ago at CES back in January. Do you remember that? Tiffany Young: I do. I do. Ben Freedman: We went to see, yes, and we’re really looking at all the high tech places. And one of the booths was AirHead. AirHead which made as going people knows tubes. Tiffany Young: And somebody maybe lined for the AirHead gadgets stuff, the boards, -- Ben Freedman: Alright. Tiffany Young: -- the tubes, the ropes. Ben Freedman: And I'm -- or just get AirHead. Tiffany Young: So that’s why for alley anyway so. Ben Freedman: Why is AirHead technology and yet, they are very high tech company. Tiffany Young: It is technology. Ben Freedman: So what AirHead has done and they sent us a really nice sampling of some of their stuff. We’re going to look at today. What they had done is they taken the latest in tubing technology and wakeboarding technology and they really brought the price down. Now, this is stuff that your -- if you're a hardcore shaved head, you know, I'm doing 360 flip stuff in the air. This stuff will see you through but really is design for people who are beginning to intermediate. Tiffany Young: Uh-uh Ben Freedman: Don’t want to spend $500.00, $800.00 on it. I mean that’s what the real pro board cost. It’s $500.00, $600.00 $700.00, $ 800.00 you know for board and bindings, and a lot sort of stuff. You can get into some of these for a much, much closer to like $200.00; you know $250.00 for some of these boards. Tiffany Young: Well, that gives you an idea whether you really like the sort whether you're into or not, whether it’s something you to make a future investment if you decide that is a sport for you? Ben Freedman: Exactly. So, we’re going to AirHead sends us a great supply of stuff here. Let’s take a quick look before head on the water. Quick look on what we’re going to be looking in today. First of all, this is -- here is the Heart Attack Wakeboard with Wrap Bindings. And this is great for -- this is really -- Tiffany Young: Somebody who watches their cholesterol. Ben Freedman: Yes, Heart Attack Board. If you look in the back here, I hope you can see down here, there's a little heart with an arrow through it down there and adds the designs. And you know they are trying to be hardcore with all the designs. You know -- Tiffany Young: Right. Well, got -- got to be bad! Ben Freedman: That’s right. Tiffany Young: You're going to be bad the board! Ben Freedman: Bad at the board? Very funny. Tiffany Young: Bad at the board. Ben Freedman: Yes. So these are very, very good beginning bindings and it’s a great board for people have a 170 pounds. So it’s a great gal board, great board for someone like Tiffany. Somewhat like me. Tiffany Young: Here's the wrap, what's really nice. I don’t know if you have boarded you know how hard it is. It’s a bit difficult and a bit fit to your feet in the boots. Ben Freedman: Yes. Tiffany Young: This is a nice, nice design. Ben Freedman: This -- yes, you bindings -- Tiffany Young: You get your feet in and out. Ben Freedman: They're very adjustable. So for a beginner who doesn’t need the ultimate and you know suction in a boot. Tiffany Young: And a bottle of Joy Dish soap, Ben Freedman: That’s right. Tiffany Young: To get your feet in. Ben Freedman: You can get this in if it comes out in the water, its very easy in the water to get that board back on. Tiffany Young: Right. Ben Freedman: This package here, the board and the bindings. You can have for about $200.00. Tiffany Young: Wow! Ben Freedman: So it’s really good deal for a beginner Wake boarder or -- Tiffany Young: Really get out here. Ben Freedman: -- or a gal who wants her own wakeboard may be not total hardcore with these bindings but -- Tiffany Young: Right. Ben Freedman: -- but still pretty good deal. Tiffany Young: Right. Ben Freedman: Alright, let’s move on. Now, here we had. Now, this is my board. This is for the men. This is for all weight classes. Tiffany Young: For the manly board. Ben Freedman: And I'm you know 200 plus pounds so, you know, this is a -- Tiffany Young: That way you're talk about my weight that was nice. Ben Freedman: Your -- yours was the under the 170 board and you're -- Tiffany Young: Yes, that was under 170. Ben Freedman: -- weigh under 170, so I would not built to ride the 170 board. Tiffany Young: Maybe fine to try. Ben Freedman: Yes. Tiffany Young: Can I pull you. Ben Freedman: Submarine. Tiffany Young: Right. Ben Freedman: You’d like that. Tiffany Young: Hold your breath. Ben Freedman: So, this is the Breakout Board with Vise Bindings. This is step up on the bindings that you could put any bindings on any board. This package goes throughout $210.00. It’s a longer board and wider. I -- and this will be my second time trying this board. I came out here once without you. Tiffany Young: See I would -- I think I want to still want to try this board anyway. Ben Freedman: You’re definitely going to try this board. Tiffany Young: Yes, because -- Ben Freedman: There's no reason not to. Tiffany Young: Yes, I think, I like the way this you know, it’s got a little more water displacement in its design. Ben Freedman: It does. This is a -- if you have a slower boat like we do here. This is an easy board to get up on because it has a lot of displacement water service area. Tiffany Young: This thing looks a little faster too. Yes, I mean the long -- yes, I think its going to be a little faster so. Ben Freedman: Yes, it’s a nice looking board and these bindings are still easy to get into but they do send trap a little bit tighter, yes. Tiffany Young: Yes. Put this part right here. Ben Freedman: Put really tighter then, that one. Tiffany Young: So you may enjoy or you may not, we’ll see. Ben Freedman: That’s right. You can still loosen them up or you -- they hold so tight a little more. Now also we’re going to get our kids doing some tubing today. Tiffany Young: Right. Ben Freedman: And tubes are what AirHead is probably best known for. And they send us a couple of tubes here which will take a look at today. This one over here, actually pulse before you enter the tube. This one say, they send us this really cool spectra rope and this is they called it thermo spectra rope. Tiffany Young: Yes. Ben Freedman: It’s very thin and if you take a look to -- if you'll notice, the most important thing is that it doesn’t stretch. So anytime you want to wakeboarding, it is much, much easier to do tricks and to get across the wake and that kind of stuff, if you have a rope that doesn’t stretch. Stretchy ropes are much harder. Tiffany Young: Well, it is prop proof? Ben Freedman: There's no such thing about prop proof rope. Tiffany Young: I've lost a stupid ropes on the -- Ben Freedman: So I would not say its prop proof Tiffany Young: Its spell like prop repellant. Ben Freedman: Yes, that’s right. Tiffany Young: That’s what I need. But, yes, I absolutely agree. I really like to Wakeboard and when you are behind a board that a good weight behind it. Ben Freedman: Yes. Tiffany Young: A non-stretchy rope is a must have. Ben Freedman: Right. Once again, these wear upon team boat today, so we’re not going to be catching a lot air on these weights. Tiffany Young: Right. Ben Freedman: But it’s still nice to have this non-stretchy easier to get up on a stretchy rope. Tiffany Young: Definitely. Ben Freedman: Because it doesn’t have that give where -- it’s like you get going and then you stretches a bit and then. Tiffany Young: Right. Ben Freedman: You know what I'm trying to say. Tiffany Young: I know what you're saying. Ben Freedman: So, I don’t know, is there room for this tube. This is a nice little tube. Tiffany Young: Yes. Oh, yes. Ben Freedman: This is the AirHead Blast and it’s a one person tube or you know, like -- Tiffany Young: I like their names, AirHead Blast. Ben Freedman: Yes. Well, yes it’s a cool name. Tiffany Young: Yes Ben Freedman: Again, very inexpensive. I mean, you have tubes going up $200.00 to $300.00. You can get this for about 50 bucks and inflates very easily, just one inflation on it, great for my kids love this tube. They getting in, its like -- they're like in a big donut. Tiffany Young: Well, there’s a lot of handles. Ben Freedman: Right Tiffany Young: And it mix easy to get it from anywhere which is really nice when you're out there in the water and trying to get it some slimy touches your feet and you're to get up in the -- on your tube in a hurry. Ben Freedman: Yuck. And then finally today, well, let’s see if I can put this back towards you. Tiffany Young: Yes. Alright? Ben Freedman: Okay. I don’t know it just run off here and got this other one. Now, this is the one I like. So this is the Rip II (AirHead Rip II). Tiffany Young: Oh, it’s got little fins on it. Look at that. Ben Freedman: Yes. Now, what cool on this because it’s an open back tube. I don’t if you could see it. Really see it you’ll see it in the water in a bit. This is an open back tube within inflatable surface. So, you're now sitting right on the water. You're actually sitting on an inflated pad. And if you take a look just what Tiffany was saying here on the back. Can we flip it over? There are -- can you see up the fins? Tiffany Young: Yes. Ben Freedman: Yes. These fins on the side, now, the cooping of the fins is when you lean, it steers that direction. So if you turn one way, you can steer the right, steer the left. Tiffany Young: Wait, you know the best way to lean is getting you're knee right up on the side there. Ben Freedman: Yes. Tiffany Young: Put all your weight. Dig in as much as you can to get these low profile to the water. Ben Freedman: We’re going to see you're technique on that today, Tiff. Tiffany Young: We are. Ben Freedman: I'm hoping. Tiffany Young: Yes. Ben Freedman: Yes. Tiffany Young: We’re going to see some technique on that. Ben Freedman: So that is the Rip II Tube.
