I am Steve Turano, welcome to this episode the Body Performance. Today I would like to explain there difference between Aerobic and Anaerobic exercise to you. With Aerobic exercise are more accurately aerobic metabolism what happens is your muscle are receiving enough oxygen to therefore utilize fat as an energy source. When your muscle receive plenty of oxygen they use fat as an energy source and then the oxygen allows the muscle to break down the waste products and remove them from the muscle.
Allowing you to exercise indefinitely with Anaerobic Exercise weight lifting the exercise is so intense that you cannot a deliver enough oxygen to the muscle. The muscle then switches to burning sugar the only bad thing about this without oxygen present as the sugar breaks down the waste products cannot remove from the muscle in that is the burning sensation you feel when doing push up or sit ups. So, the recap with Aerobic Exercise you are breathing deeply enough delivering plenty oxygen to the muscle.
Allowing the muscle to burn primary fat as an energy source and allow that muscle to remove the waste products, allowing you to exercise in definitely and burn lots of calories with Anaerobic Exercise the exercise is so intense and how hard you breath or how fast you breath you cannot deliver enough oxygen to the muscle. The most switches the burning sugar not a bad thing.
But unfortunately that oxygen present the waste products and the sugar begin to build up and then clag the muscle causing you to stop exercising. So obviously of the two, Aerobic Exercise is much better for consuming and burning calories. I will see you next time. Love your body.
