All In One Abdominal Crunch

This is my all-in-one ab exercise. It's basically a bicycle with ab crunch with pauses in between.

So what you do is you put your hands behind your head, your legs at 90 degree angle, and gain movement, hold for about 3 seconds, breath out, hold there for about 3 seconds. Go to the other side, hold for about 3 seconds, breath out, breath in, you continue your movement. The slow we do this exercise, the more effective it will be. And I will keep the lower back pressed against the arm, that's basically it.
